This website (hereinafter referred to as “Website”) is being provided by Fischmarkt Hamburg-Altona GmbH (Fischmarkt = Fish Market) (hereinafter referred to as “us” or “we”). You can find further information about the offerer of the Website in our legal disclosures.

Processing of personal data

Below we would like to inform you about how we process personal data disclosed when using this Website. Unless otherwise specified in the following text, the legal basis for our processing of your personal data shall be the necessity of said processing in order to provide the functionalities requested by you on this Website (Art. 6 (1) (b) General Data Protection Regulation).

Use of the Website

1. Accessing the Website

When you access our Website, for technical reasons your browser transmits certain data to our web server in order to make available the information accessed by you. To make possible your visit to the Website the following data are collected, temporarily stored and used:

  • Content of the request (specific page)

As a rule these cookies are not deleted when you close your browsers, rather expiring after a set time unless you delete them manually prior to that. 5. External services and content on our Website
